Weight Diet and Loss Pills And Supplements – Gimmicks Or not?

“Take the blue pill…take the red pill…?”… remember the line?

“Take the blue pill…take the red pill…?”… remember the series?

These are the original words uttered… the movie series is taken from The Matrix (1999). The context of the statement is the fact that “Neo” (Keanu Reeves) is living in a world of controlled perception. Morpheus (Laurence Fishburne), the captain of the “movement” in the movie, is guiding younger Neo through a crazy ride in “reality” vs. perception. Similar to the film it is the work of mine, as a personal trainer, phenq amazon to steer individuals with a trip in perception.

Even in “real-life” it appears as if we, as depicted in this film, simply believe that taking a tablet is able to provide us all of the solutions to our needs. The question of mine to help you is…”Do you think all your problems may be fixed by shooting a pill?” Do you really think that information come from drugs or even do you assume that answers are derived from individual responsibility? I guess the true concern is…”Do you have faith in prevention or “cure”?

Apart from the quirky video comparison… What’s your perspective as connected with health, body, and better living? Does better living originated from better pharmacology? Sure…I guess large numbers of lives are saved from illness, hereditary failures, along with illness. Do we accept responsibility for the conduct of ours that contributes straight to poor health and fitness? Are most risk factors for illness lifestyle induced? Even when the hottest weight reduction pill did work – Can it be going to work life-long? What are the risks related to many of the newest weightloss pills? Just about any pill we take has a “side-effect” attached to its use in men and women that are many. It seems folks are prepared to pay essentially anything to get the hands of theirs on the newest diet pill, or maybe weight loss gimmick out there. Even worse – prescription drugs are passed out like candy to a huge selection of thousands of obese folks. As most people know many of these medications have shown to be quite risky, even deadly.

I estimate many of the questions as well as frustrations I receive from folks related to preventative activity, exercise, or fitness, could be traced back to one very important as well as essential question: Are we a solution driven culture or maybe a prevention driven society? Does it make sense that the latest carbo-blocker, fat burner or losing weight pill is going to reverse years of very poor living? Do you really assume that your individual responsibility can be absolved by a pill?

Lets’ take the normal style of “dieting” for example: one system works like this, you are taking several pills in the early morning – enjoy a health shake in the late afternoon, chug down another handful of pills by late afternoon, and eat a boxed, pre-portioned, specialized dinner at bedtime. OK. – What goes on when you are going off this diet program? I suppose all of the stunning results just vanish entirely! Without a doubt, they show you to take this item, subsequently that product…then hold the breath of yours for ten seconds while jumping up and down…ok…ok, I am getting carried away – I know. The point is; if you’ve to fill the specific pills and do the specific diet you just won’t undertake it for long – that’s why it’s called a weight loss program. The name itself assures the individual that it is something that you commence and stop! No, friends – better lifestyle is not one thing you begin & stop, it’s a thing you benefit from whenever you accept responsibility for the care of your body and health.

So what is the right formula? Effectively, my answer is to ask yourself some vitally important questions.

One; Do you think that personal responsibility supersedes a cure-all (diet pill)?
